Korman Communities Headquarters

As a property management and investment group, Korman Communities has relied on Holstein White for their MEPFP expertise on numerous projects in throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and New York City, including the renovation of their corporate headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Holstein White worked closely with the Owner and Architect to ensure their design criteria exceeded expectations. Project specifics include rebalancing the HVAC system utilizing existing roof-top units and new variable air volume (VAV) boxes with electric reheat coils, allowing tempered control in each room. Additionally, Holstein White provided a coordinated LED package with the Architect, maintaining the desired ascetic while meeting the allowable lighting power density. Lastly, new low-flow plumbing fixtures were provided for the restrooms.
